In game timer for speedrun

Hey guyz, i would like to know, how to install the in game timer for speedrun plz ? thx for the answer.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same timer, look Lumonen on youtube, i'm talking about this timer

He uses an external timer overlaid on top of the game, search for livesplit and that's basically it.

The in game timer never appears until you win.
