i7-5820k, 16GB ram, GTX 970
Still get fluctuation even on the lowest.
Well I dont know what it could be, I can run more demanding games better. Im running at 1080p, lowest settings and yes, my framerate is around 300+ but occasionally dips to under 60 which isnt normal. It isnt my PC, more likely is the game.

Really? Thats really odd. I have never experienced a program interfering with a game. I dont know what it could be.
Figured out what the issue was. Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defence seemed to be interfering with the game. Added it to the whitelist and now all is fine.
