Reccomended GPU is a 3060, I have a 3050 TI and I can't even run the game potato graphics and 1920x1080 without 20 fps

try going to the graphic settings and turn "AMD FS3" to "Balanced" and turn "AMD FSR3 FRAME GENERATION" to "on performance"
it doubled my fps with a 3060, it might yours, I'm able to run the game max settings with shadows on medium with 40-50 fps

Maybe refund because the minimum GPU is a 2070 and 3050 Ti is well below that. Funny thing is the minimum GPU is a 2070 and the recommended GPU is a 3060 but both cards are about equal in performance. 3060 just has more vram.
