Just Purchased the Game and I Can't Get it to Boot

I just purchased this game this week after purchasing a new gaming laptop. I still haven't been able to get the game to actually launch. The current error following many tutorials on various fixes shows that the game is already running. I check the task manager and there is no instance of the game. I went to the Dev's website but I don't find a way to contact them for support. Has anyone had any luck reaching out to the dev's for support? If so, what contact information did you use?

try putting this in launch options under settings: -force -dx11

I tried the dx11 launch option as well as about 4 others. No dice… thanks for the suggestion though.
