Report a translation problem
Browse through Bodycam's files,
Go into Bodycam > Bodycam > Binaries > Win64 > D3D12,
Delete the D3D12Core.dll file.
If that didn't work, revert to get the file back and try this to launch the game in compatibility mode (see attached screenshot).
Ultimately, you can try to launch the game in DX11 by entering the -dx11 parameter in the Bodycam Steam launch options.
