This game runs below 30 fps

AMD RYZEN 5 5600X 6-CORE PROCESSOR
32GB RAM
SPCC SOLID STATE DISK
NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2060 SUPER (founders edition) < i needed to clarify this cus it was causing confusion.

I can run COD on full graphics just fine, but i cant run this junk above 30 fps. I have a 2700$ (i was wrong about this its 1900$) build. A guy told me to get an ssd, i got one, and it still runs like trash. < All this being said my build is still well above minimum specs/on par, so can someone actually tell me why this game cant run on a pc listed above/on par its minimum specs.

its 5 years old, and it cost that amount of money when you add in the dual monitors and the case, also i got some other parts but im having trouble finding the full list, but this game runs worse than virtually all other games ive ever tried to run on my pc with the exception of "trapped"

but the point is regardless. A: i payed a significant sum of money for this pc
B: its worked really well without an ssd, and i only forked up 200$ for an ssd cus i was told it would make the game run properly (still worth it but didnt work for this game)
C: Despite it being 5 years old it still runs most high end games on near peak graphics, forza 5, cod 6, MK1, are all games ive played very recently with stunning quality.

My issue with this is that despite all of what i just said, nvidia tells me "i dont meet the minimum specs" even though my pc falls into the "recommended+" category of specs listed on the store page for this game.

I did check the components values currently, and you are right, the value of my rig has dropped to about 1500-1700$ but its still way above what is needed to run this game

Normal best buy prices, keep in mind you also need to factor in the monitor (which is close to 200$) the 3 2tb barracudas (60$ each), the case (probably 50$ or less cus its a case), i also didnt mention the tomohawk motherboard, or the corsair power supply or the liquid im looking at the OG price tag on my pc which is 1532$, and over the 5 years 2 of the parts broke due to a short circuit so i took it into a local store to get those parts upgrades, which i know ended up getting me a NZXT water cooler, and i think the tomahawk got switched out. So yeah maybe not the original price i named, but definitely WELL above 1k

and again, regardless of the price, you can check my library, i really dont have issues running anything other than this and TRAPPED, and so it leads me to believe, this is a serious optimization problem on the developers end.

actually i pulled up the original parts and what there prices are today, and the og parts are currently 1100$ -the 2 parts no longer on sale. Also its worth mentioning my gpu is a founders edition, which may be a significant factor in price. I was not aware of this before

ok, now counting peripherals, my pc is 1892$, however this doesnt count the power supply, which i cant find on the market, with peripherals its very close to 2700$

brother peripherals dont count for the build cost, they are not part of the build, they are external thats what peripherals mean.
Your pc is actually rly ♥♥♥♥ for a 2025 build. Most people have a 3060 which is way better than your thrash old pc. The 2060S is actually around the power of a gtx 1080 lol.
The 2060 super goes for 120/150 bucks nowadays. The 5600x is another old cpu, u got a cpu that is worth 100 bucks + a 150 gpu your entire build aint even worth 500 bucks let alone almost 3000 lmao.
That card on release was 400 bucks.
If u actually payed that ammount of money for it u either bought it from a scalper or u got robbed lmao. Even on release that build was worth max of 700/800 bucks xD

if cod 6 is old then bodycam is old. Second of all yes i payed 400$ but its gone up to 800$ for whatever reason. So if were not counting periperals than i am way closer in estimate to you, im off by like 700, and your off by 1700, its a 1900-2000$ according to todays prices not counting peripherals.
