Why is there a weapon with no iron sights?

why does this even exist in the game? the gun clearly has signs but there is no way to flip them up.

IM pretty sure its the scar. They have the same one with a holo. but its pointless to have a gun with no irons its the only one. you aim so much higher than the gun barrel. unless you have a program to give you a dot in the screen is almost impossible to aim without shooting a few bullets and seeing where they hit. letting the opponent with a sight to kill you

my ak47 has a straight rail also IRL unless i put a scope or iron's on myself i could also say the same about my pump shot gun but it does have built in irons and a full scale rail for whatever i want to add.
but yea that gun in the game is easy to see where your shots will hit def the scar-L or H not sure exactly but its just a video game i don't care. scopes narrow your vision and leave you blind to other angles you may get shot from.
just put a laser on and hip fire W key everyone

Whats stupid is the SCAR has Flip-Up sights so why we cant atleast toggle them up or down is eh but it is a new game and they are just 2 dudes

tbh i think its a bug but i could be wrong maybe they forgot the scar has iron sights but im also sure there are times were you do have the iron sights

I can tell you never played this game and have no idea how guns work in the real world. Yes a lot of guns come with no irons. but guess what? you buy them and put them on. You are not made to use the gun with no irons. If you think because a gun comes with no irons its made to be used that way you clearly have some type of mental illness or just have never bought and gun and have only seen them on tv or in a store. Go to a gun range with no sights and let the RSO see you talking shots. 100% hes going to ask wtf your doing.

also I can tell you never played the game as the scar in the game DOES HAVE SIGHTS!!! they are just not flipped up and there is no button to flip them up. so your argument of "they come stock with no irons so thats how the gun is made to be used" shows you know ZERO about video game or real guns.

If you look at the game they just take paid or free assets and put them in the game. the hospital map was in a humble bundle for UE5 assets. the day the HB sale went on, that map was added to the game.

so most likely the devs just took the model and put it in the game and didnt think twice about not having the sights flipped up prob bc the model just cant flip them up or they don't know how to code that. Since you can get the same gun with a holo sight too.
