Zombies (camera room)

Has anyone made it past the camera room? I feel like the main objective is to get out of the building but I haven't made it past the camera room.

nope after 3 days of trying i couldn't they need to make the game a bit simpler to understand what way to go i made it to the camera room and saw the next generator to a gun room we searched the whole basement couldn't find it [ they could make the generator power chords like the power to the generator go to the place your meant to go to make it easier but i guess its still in beta so hopefully they fix it]

after activating the "gun room" generator, a room opens near the elevator on the 2nd floor, and then I have no idea what to do. The guys and I were stuck in this room for 7 waves. later, the doors opened and we were just crushed by a crowd of zombies :)

don't think there is a way out, saw video where they ended up in the lobby again and got swarmed. hope they keep working on it.

I dunno, I feel like the elevator is important, maybe the goal is to bring it back down?
Edit: cause the button does have an interact prompt.

Does anyone remember if they spotted where it goes on the top floor?

It's an arcade zombie shooter there is no end it just keeps getting harder, when you get killed you can use the elevator to get back to your team.

I got stuck in that room as well. There's nothing in there other than more guns (of course), but aside from that I can't find a way to continue.
Perhaps the clue lies with the control room in the basement, but it's bugged. A player can interact with it, but can't get off it and hence gets eventually swarmed.

I've been though the whole map and there is no way out, I don't think it's a glitch

I posted this in another thread, but I think I figured it out:

"You need to get one player into the control room in the basement. From there the player can use E to open and close doors they point at, and F to turn on the camera's lights. Mousewheel will allow you to zoom. You can use BACKSPACE to quit the console. You also use the left mouse button to select between cameras, BUT you can only select cameras to where your teammates are. (i.e. if all your teammates are in the control room you can't select any other camera)

So, once a player is at the console, they can lock themselves in there by closing the doors on either side by using the camera. The other players will have to head back up the lift to the mansion where the control room player can follow them around with the cameras in the house, lighting the way, and opening and closing doors.

The gun room on the second floor should now be open by using generator inside the control room, but there may be other doors to open now too...."

Is there an end here? The mode is new, and in my opinion the developers have not brought it to mind yet... So far, we can work with generators, work in a room with cameras, endlessly kill zombies, and nothing more

There may not be an end. The developers haven't said anything as far as I can tell, but then I am not on discord to have a look there to see what's being said.

I figure the cameras have to open some door that can't be opened otherwise - but I have absolutely no proof of this. I've played a few games and searched for new doors to open but haven't found one that will.

You're right!!!

So after you have one guy lock himself in the camera room, the others have to go up to 2. There's a stair case there that leads up to a door. That's the door the camera room has to unlock. I almost got it, but the team died by the stair and then I died running to the elevator.
