Cannot leave settings menu

the game does not save my settings so every time I go into it I need to change the settings. Problem is the back button does not work and I get stuck in the settings menu and need to close the game. Cycle continues. Dunno how the game got worse after an update :/

I am. I hear a noise but it does not leave the settings menu.

Same...sometimes I play with the menu options at the bottom sometimes it clears to main Menu

when you get stuck in menu's. click a different menu option and then right click or press esc to back out of the menu. allways works for me and no need to restart or tab out and in again.

Yeah I already tried that. Tried leaving from each of the settings menu. Right click, escape, or even clicking the "back" button. None of it works. Have to alt-F4 the game in order to leave the settings menu.

the only thing that works for me is what someone else suggested and that is spam left click the left side of the scrreen while spamming escape...works everytime, if it doesn't then change the menu option as stated above and try again...it works for me

No i mean like, if you are stuck in settings... click on graphics, then click on audio, and then you can back out. Don't click back, that's what breaks it actually iirc.

i reported this like a week ago, first everytime it starts settings are not saved + i cannot leave main menu it does it after some retries...

Solved 95% of the time when in settings. click 'controls" then push "Esc"

I deal with this too. I've found that if I just wait like 5 seconds and then push escape you can usually get out of it. However it doesn't save my video setting either. So I have to change it every time I boot game.

yeah for anyone exp still.. PRESS top left corner of screen with either LEFT mb or RIGHT mb, then Hit ESC.

Weird asf. You're right this works. Change what you need, click audio, right click, boom works.

Now if they could just fix that, and actually saving the settings I put in, we'll be hunky dory
