Cant Run Over 30 FPS

all i can say is downscale the game , only thing that will help u i guess. friend of mine is playing with a 20 series card and he got like 50-60 fps by downscaling

Turn on Frame regeneration in the menu. it will roughly
double your fps.

number go up = better
Frame gen can only do so much. You may have higher fps but if youre getting 30 fps natively its still going to feel like youre playing at 30 fps even if your fps says 60

ive got nearly the same set up as you.

i had 30 fps , now on 70 - 75 . do this:

Turn FS3 on, and frame generation on, put fs3 on performance, and all graphic settings on high

Bottlenecking CPU is what is the thief here

The game sometimes locks to 30fps for whatever reason after playing for a while but it goes back up an fluctuates, memory leak maybe? people with top end specs experience this too
