The Unrecord devs are more interested in getting money from investors than making a game.
Bro are you really that stupid? You might be very young but Ready Or Not is clearly a remake of Swat 4, a single player game.
You don't seem to understand why games release as early access these days. They do it to get a large portion of the gamers who are interested in the game to playtest and help with bugs, stress testing, figuring out changes that need to be made. While at the same time being able to raise funds to help develop the game. Theyve already added more content and fixed bugs in the first couple weeks of release which is more than i can say for a lot of early access games. In games like this one with such a small team it's about the only way for them to be able to compete with bigger gaming mega corporations.
Neither Unrecorded nor bodycam came up with the idea of a game that's ultra realistic fps from a first person view or "bodycam" view, many came before them and lots will come after. None of the assets were stolen, none of the code was stolen. So to come in here and say the game is a scam or a rip off shows you know nothing about how games are made and that you're either just trying to start drama or troll or you're trying to crusade for the unrecorded devs when they obviously dont think it's big deal or scam.
Also to say the game has poor performance is stupid if you haven't played the game yourself. Ive only played 3 hours and the only performance problem I've had was small amounts of lag and some ui issues which only happen once in a while and are easy to fix. I don't even have close to a top end pc, hell it's probably the lower end of mid range with a ryzen 5600 with a 6700 xt and the game runs smooth the majority of the time at 1440p 100hz.
That being said no one knows what's gonna happen in the future, I'm still most likely going to buy unrecorded when it drops because i enjoy games like this and like supporting smaller developers. Hopefully both games will have good long lifespans and many hours of fun gameplay.
Practice what you preach brah.
