Can hear myself in Main Menu

Does this happen to everyone? Is this something I'm missing?

Hear yourself?
You mean on voice chat? If so its push to talk.

If you mean the menu music - top right you can pause it and change tracks.

I had same issue in menu , when my friend joined me , but in the game it was fine.

Just V and talk, no issues with hearing myself.

You have to change your settings in the voice tab of your steam to push-to-talk
