I'd say that these type of graphics and gameplay shouldn't be used for a PvP game, but a PvE game instead.
I hope they tweak the settings anyway in the future and test the game with more visibility and less blur, it's extremely over the top for me atm.
Prefiring corners i expect a camper at in CQC actually works better in other tactical shooters because accuracy is slightly lower, there's less emphasis on snapshots and more emphasis on movement in my experience.
That likely means the netcode is really bad and the peaker's advantage is through the roof.
