Bodycam
Tried Running BodyCam on Steam Deck
When I tried running Bodycam on Steam Deck with proton experimental turned on, yet what happened was that it crashed and brought me from the regular game menu to steam os where I saw “Location: Bodycam” and three files. These three files were Binaries, Comtent, and Saved. Is there anyway how I can Bodycam on steam deck without these weird issues? I don’t think I can be the only one dealing with these issues.

Same happens for me. I'm able to play it by going into Binaries and then by opening the EXE

You are right. I managed to get ur running by opening the exe. However it is super laggy and keeps freezing. Do you know how I can make it less laggy and run smoothly?

Works but still laggy if you know how I can get it to run smoothly then that would be great

It's also super laggy for me. Haven't refunded yet because I'm betting on the optimization updates mentioned in the Roadmap. Looks really good, but it's very laggy for me as well

Hopefully they add more support and optimization for the steam deck. Even though it’s very laggy, it works better than expected. There might be a way to fix it. But while it would decrease the quality of how the graphics look, it could make the game play smoother.

sorry to tell you but they will never be able to optimize it enough for steamdeck, its always gonna be insanely laggy. Im even doubting if they can optimize it so my 2060 gets over a stable 80fps

U have to turn everything to low for it to run decent on sd but it’s still crashing but not as laggy

If you want to play this on a Steam Deck, your only option is to download the Geforce Now Electron client, purchase the mid or top tier subscription from Nvidia and stream it. The most you'll get is 60fps to your display. It's playable. Sold my Steam Decks, btw.

I put everything on low level excepted resolution in ultra and the game runs good
using proton 9.20 for me everything work good not excellent but playable and no Bad experiences maybe we need to awaiting the official version to more appreciate but i think is a good game despite the miss of content

some players have set a specific setting for the controller and it's quite pleasant
