Their goal was to try and cash in on the hype from the videos that "Unrecord" released.
In that respect mission accomplished. However I think that the reviews will speak for themselves as does the devs current track record for finishing games ( Spoiler they haven't)
With all the refunds, I don't think they will make quite as much as they hoped. They might break even for the $100s then spent on the premade maps and assets they bought from the Unreal marketplace.
Maybe they should finish their original game first before abandoning it, and trying to cash in on the hype of another game.
