No nudity and no plans to add nudity. But this is always subject to change on an early access game. But I can’t imagine it happening.

If you're concerned about nudity, perhaps letting your son play a game that is lets face it is "ultra-violent", then perhaps this really isn't the right kind of game for him to be playing.
