I'm confused, steam says less than a hour but the release time for my region is at 11pm??? It's 8pm rn

Edit: It says "coming soon" now.. Why even show a count down if the game is not going to release right now?

Guys do you understand how time zone works? Game will be released at 11 PM UTC :)
You can always check the release time map on developer's official website. The previously displayed time on steam was an error from steam side.
