Disabling voice chat

I've been told you can do it by going into the overlay menu since the game uses steam for voice chat but I can't find that option. For people that have figured this out can y'all help a brother out? Thanks in advance y'all!

Привет! Открой Steam.
В меню в самом верху экрана выбери Steam , затем Настройки .
Выбери вкладку «Голос» .
В разделе «Тип голосовой передачи» выбери "Нажми и говори"
