I'm having some issues as well, the game looks better in native 4K but there is still a lot of noticeable grain in the image. When I look through videos on YouTube it's very clear who has the issue and not. We need to get a response from the devs on this.

do you have fsr on ? also are you using tsr on extreme?

Epic settings for everything on a 4k screen

Sometimes you'll have to reset the game after making changes.
Changing from high graphics to low show immediately however doing this the other way low to high the game needs a reset.
