Technical Problems - Bugged?

I'm thinking yes. Just started my career with it turned on, tried the first race 3 times. In all 3 attempts I would have a technical problem on lap 5 or 6.

My advice, don't turn it on.

Technical problems are not randomic, you're doing something wrong around the 5th or 6th lap, like hitting too much the opponents. With technical problems turned on, even the smallest of the wrong behaviors could turn into a critical damage.

strange ... I tried turning technical problems on as well ... and got, oh surprise, a technical problem on lap 5 - 6. Pretty strange. Even if Romi is right ... it still is strange, that the problem occures for (at least) 2 persons at the same race stage...

Looks like a mechanical wear integer is set too low or is increasing too much, is this in a full length race?

in my case, no. It was ... i think ... a 35% or 25% race ... not sure.

I see, it might work ok at 100% race, but some little mistake means the wear is not dividing properly on 25% races.

in my case ... I might have slightly touched one or two opponents, but this was in the first lap. Inbetween there was no problem at all. Could it be possible, that the technical problem occurs 3-4 laps later ?
