2K lied in the first place during their marketing "campaign" for the console versions, when they said, that "nothing, would be taken out of the game, that fans liked about past games of the series".
Their way of improving the WWE-Series MIGHT be worth it in a couple of years. But their way of communication is in so many ways worse than the one of THQ.
Well they said in their forum that there will be no more patches, the problem with that statement is, that nobody knows if that statement was for consoles only.

(Its posted in the xbox/ps3 part of the forum so it might be console only)
And the 2k community manager (the only person that actually tried to inform the users) is AWOL for 4 weeks now.
But his last info about the DLC was that is isnt finished because its in the last testing stages.

But again that was 4 weeks ago
Therefore, "ALL" DLC is a misnomer.
I would have released her there are already so few Divas so one missing actually matters.
But on the other hand, she was Season Pass only and since there is no Season pass on Pc it actually makes sense not to release her here too.
I hope that the modders can do something about that.
Here's hoping they're not full of crap
Do you need mommy?
Part of what made WWE 2K15 so successful was the game’s downloadable content, which will also make its way to the PC version later this spring. That includes the grapplers of the WCW and NXT ArRIVAL packs, as well as the additional 2K Showcase modes such as "One More Match," "Hall of Pain" and "Path of the Warrior."
Oh, and did we mention that the DLC content for the PC version of WWE 2K15 will be free?
