I found it on Google via some tutorial vids, just use a Finisher slot. Same for breaking Elimination Chamber pods

You don't even need google; in the game, under options, there's an option "match" : that option has on/off switches for "control help" . It will show you onscreen when to do "OMG!" or how to squeeze a chair (when in hand) between the turnbuckles, ...

I really wish there were more hardcore matches in My Career. I feel like I'm gonna go Orton and snap on someone because all you seem to get is regular matches where a chairshot is getting you disqualified.
