I agree, if you can't get the game to work you could not play it two hours and as long as two weeks have yet to pass you can get a refund for it. have you tried googling the sistuation to see if there is a fix for it yet? google and research is your best tool when getting games to work.

There's not a lot to google. The error messages means that the OP has a graphic card that doesn't support DirectX 11. The only solution to that problem is to buy a newer graphic card. Considering how old DX11 is (was released in 2008 with DX11 Graphic Cards being released shortly afterwards), i doubt the OP's PC overall would be even able to play this game.
