Interference/Special Guest Referee?
My question is does it have the same features as in did in WWE 2K14? Wrestler knocks down ref as it did in 2K14? Can you be a Special Guest Referee in a Universal Mode?

No; you can knock down the referee but he gets up rather quickly. You'll have to knock him down a lot and risk being dq'ed, before he stays down long enough so you can hit your opponent with a chair or so. No guest referee.
