I think by PR he means Public Relations so kinda stuff like this , or you're the one who mainly interacts with players as well as developed the game.

You seems to have an update problem that corrupt the files. Just go into your steam apps folder ( D:/Steam/steamapps/common ) and delete the folder B.E.S.T. Steam will reinstall the game with all the correct files and it should work as intended 🙂
