Serious Answer:
Simple. "Yohane The Parhelion - Sunshine in the mirror", which this game is based off of, isn't an original anime. It's based off of Love Live Sunshine. (Hence the subtitle for Yohane's anime.) All of the characters are just recasted into a different world / plot.
Yoshiko in LL is a chunibou, and calls herself "The Fallen Angel Yohane." She starts out as a streamer who's bit is dressing up as a fallen angel and doing fortune telling, but who wants to get over her delusions and live a normal life now that she's a first year in high school. (Sound familiar?) FYI: She doesn't fulfill that wish, becoming LL's bit character, and infecting others with her "very serious disease" as the story goes on.
Now for the requisite bit answer:
Yoshiko is someone who's been watching over Yohane ever since she first saw Yohane singing on a stump when she was little. In fact, Yoshiko started emulating Yohane after seeing Yohane descend into the volcano (Yoshiko thought it was Hell) with her soar shoes to rescue a pervert trapped within. (Yoshiko thought the pervert was a demon after seeing it shoot fire and what it instantly started doing to Lailaps....)
