How to unlock the requesting permission achievement

So first I had many difficulties to unlock 4 achievements, cause the new version of the game is broken. how to fix this look here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2911353194 (Attention: Wait 5-10 Minutes, because i was too early with copying stuff to the other file and i couldnt overwrite the exe file.)

So how i got the achievement:
1. everything can be turned on - no beep or effects have to be turned off
2. cadet mode is fine
3. you have to fly down on the 3rd screen when you have the option and games says fly up
4. when u are on the landing screen you have to press right or left depening if the scene before was mirrored or not. I cannot say to 100% but i think i got the mirrored version and i had to press right at the end.
4. you dont have to play the game through!! I just got the achievement right after i finished the scene.
