Resource cost changes?

Did the non-gold resource costs of cards change with the latest update?
I seem to remember silver cards for the first chest costing upwards of e600, after the 4th red card, and now I'm at the 6th and they're not even at e200

when you do chest reset it lowers the cost GREATLY!!!

Yeah, upgraded chests have a lower base value. So your gold and red cards will be much easier to attain. This also means we may finally get to, legitimately, get higher tier cards now. There are currently 8 tiers coded into the game and you could only get above red if you ran into the upgrade bug. Next tier is the Hero tier.
