Upgrading a Hero to Silver deletes all other heros
There is zero point to me to upgrading a hero to silver because all of the previously selected heros literally disappear.

It's really for later stages. Like when you're getting e400+ gold within seconds. By that point, you'll put 1 hero that you want upgraded to silver, then all the others that have like, earth dmg x0, will be put with it. You upgrade the one you wanted, and now you have only heroes with benefits.

Why use "Former Soldier" when you can use "City Guard"?

I typically will use someone like "Lord" as my silver hero, and I'll get rid of "Former Soldier", "Businessman", "Druid", "Ice Elder", "Smuggler", "Enchantress", and "Bandit".

Click damage has no use for me, so bandit is fine to get rid of.
I guess so. Just feels weird (and the game doesn't tell you this at all)

I wouldn't say "at all" since it does say "at the cost of other heroes"

But for the most part, the game doesn't give you a lot of information about how things work. You mostly have to do a lot of trial and error. I recommend coming up with a system of saving before you try stuff. I go back to previous saves a lot.
it says that, u really need to pick heroes u dont need to feed them. u 100% need to make a hero silver cause u get a massive multiplier. massive progression. i do it all the time.

Really? Everytime I try a silver hero I feel like I get less out of it, because I can't afford to get the full 8 heroes going again with one silvered. It seems like the multipliers of all the other heroes outweigh the boost I can get from any single hero.

The reason you feel like you get less out of it, is because in the short term you do/you aren't at the point to actually utilize silver heroes.

The way the bonuses work is multiplicative. Meaning if you have a card that is x2 and a card that is x3 your bonus is x6. So having x20 x20 is better than say x200. (at the least this is how it appears to be.)

So, when you're at the point where you can have 3 or 4 slots after you have a silver hero, that will give you a better multiplier than just keeping the 8 heroes.

You need to choose your "main" hero and then a bunch of junk heroes. Wait until they go from insta-leveling to leveling slowly. After silvering your main hero, you should be able to afford about five heroes, and the sixth will come later for a total of seven. This is actually NOT optimal for the Heroes guild, as the main factor is the amount of heroes you have gaining XP (the silver xp gain heroes do not make up for the loss of a hero). That said, the Heroes guild is incredibly hard to level, so it's very nearly a moot point, but could be valuable information later on.

It is technically possible to get two silvered heroes, but the person who did it had the DLC hero and spent thousands of gems on +333% guild boosts on the hero guild.

Anything in the game is possible, well aside from things that are bugged, like challenge power 3s. It's just a matter of what you invest, time, money, or both.
Some things would require more money than exists on Earth and/or more time than our solar system would be around, so no, I wouldn't say anything is possible without a cheat engine.

Money is now, for the most part, something made up. It's only value is what people (collective) attach to it.

As for our solar system, it is possible for us to create something that could outlast it. Highly improbably, requires too much luck, and has no value. We can't predict asteroids that we've never seen, such as Oumuamua that happened in 2017 (granted, we knew of it already, but it kind of meets my point), 2023 NT1, or 2024 RW1.

The real question is can it survive the heat death of the universe. (Basically, everything is so far apart from each other that there is no way to make use of heat) So, any energy lost would be unable to be recovered or replaced.

Also, by using a cheat engine you are still investing time. So anything is still possible, just depends on how much and what you invest, time, money, or both.
u need to also lvl the hero guild so u can lvl ur heroes faster. then u can place ur 8 heroes, save up the medals till it slows to a crawl and then turn the hero u want gold. to get my 7th hero slot, it will cost me 82k medals. and im guessing 8th is 164k medals.

The issue with your statement is that it is literally impossible to get a gold hero since the deleting of heroes doesn't leave you with enough to get to that point.
