Can't I reset my skill points?

Hi!

Attributes CAN be reset a bit into the game, Befr needs to have joined the Sanctum, and you will need to complete his building quest to get the "Facilities Center" station, which allows you to upgrade all NPC stations in the Sanctum. Once Befr's shop is upgraded, he sells a potion which allows you to respec your attribute points!
