help pls

i legit dont know wat im doing wrong but no matter how i run a shop it always redlines (goes into the negative) so any info will be welcome pls (also pls be nice)

Hello, I don't recommend hiring too many employees at the beginning. At the start of the game, you should be able to manage the store on your own, including convincing customers, cleaning, and handling the cash register. Frequent interaction with people and helping them increases the store's reputation and attractiveness, bringing in more customers and earning more money. This allows you to gradually start hiring employees

ok so even 2 helpers 1 for the reguster 1 for stocking and my money redlines not as fast but still pretty fast also if the timer runs out before the shoppers can pay out they basically steal the items without actually stealing

i did notice one of the money issues is the workers take money every "hour" instead of daily which makes no sense cause yes workers get an hourly wage but that is not how they get paid normally

yeah theres a weird flow on store closing everyone leaves to check out and they drop the items on the ground if you dont check them out fast enough, you can pick it back up, invest in a self check out machine it'll help you in the beginning and its MUCH faster than an cashier employee at first,

Try not to have a stocker at first its doable, the problem you'll have is inventory, and stock, you can always restock yourself fast with how the game works and do it at night it just fills up the shelves

go to build mode, where you can get the shelves? scroll sloooooowly its like 2.5k i think? so people will check themselves out when they finish i have 3 of them to control the store closing customer rush lololol "self check out" or somethin like that looks like a cashier station but smaller

Also what I found is the best employee to hire are the customer service employee
next is the sign spinner both help with foot traffic in the store

1. they help get people to buy things
2. they help raise your reputation increasing traffic flow
3. they help guide the "?" customers just saving u a lot of time
4. they help with reputation again when they help the ? customers

I have 2 of those suckers lol
