Good or bad?
I love this game so far and love it so much I want to restart it. I was accidentally good in my first play through. I want to try out being bad, but how do I ever make friends with the townsfolk if im always picking the "bad"/ red dialog options?? won't I be unable to enchant them because they hate me? should I not restart??? Help

You will fail some quests if characters do not like you enough. Making characters like you enough is also important to be able to kill them. In terms of the true ending, it won't be dramatically different whether you're good or evil, it just depends on how you complete side quests and whom you've romanced. But the dialogue is fun and really well written/recorded, it's worth playing differently for the sake of the process.
You can kind of work around it to role-play yourself as bad character. think of it as becoming friend as a manipulation tactic, so you can make them do bad things toward the end.
also even if you were being a goodie two shoes you can get 3 different bad endings at the end. cause you'll have enough influence with those 3 people that offer you the 3 bad paths, because they would like your evil choices.

also to point out, i don't think you can be completely good/evil in this game. i remember doing some situational good things that ended up getting Nihilism, and vise versa.

In addition to what's already been said above:

If you look at the achievements list for the game (there is already a guide on Steam), you will notice that only a few of them actually require you to kill characters. And the so-called "Dragomir bad ending" is the only one that requires you to have your Nihilism higher than your Humanity.

There is a reason why the morality meters are called Nihilism and Humanity, instead of Good and Evil. You may have noticed that most of the Nihilism options are selfish/sarcastic rather than truly "evil".

Two of the characters, including Hussar, will actually like you more if you pick the nihilistic dialogue options. As for Kirill, you cannot even start his quest without 20 Nihilism, and doing his quest will up it even more.

Every time you feed on a living creature or steal something, your Nihilism goes up, so it's impossible to keep it at zero anyway.

Finally, there is an achievement for maxing out Both Humanity and Nihilism, as those meters can only increase, never decrease.

Quite, Nihilism always felt more like "i don't care" rather then "i wanna see the world burn"
The morality system in this game allows for a lot of nuance and roleplay. You can be polite, "nice" and exploit people at every turn while also having meaningful or "complicated" relationships and values that you admire and reward in others in addition to being very self-serving.

Anyway, being "bad" doesn't preclude you from having many friendships unless you go for total moral apathy and scorched earth.
