Sunrise, Sunset Quest

I'm at the stage of the quest where Alisa sent me a note to meet her on Lover's Island for the ritual on 30th June. However, no matter what time of night I go to Lover's Island and talk to Alisa, she doesn't have an option to talk about the ritual, and I don't want to progress and risk killing her or whatever happens.

I can talk to her about Hussar's quest but nothing else, not sure if I'm missing something.

Are you going into the burned out hut to talk to her? Cause she is on the far side of the island setting up spells. I noticed she can be in multiple places at once. Like she can be both at the bookstore and at her bar at once and during the spell night she is also at the far right side of the island.

I reloaded my save and checked. She isn't in the bookstore or at the far right of the island, only in her bar during all times of the night. I also checked if I could enter another area on Lover's Island, but no.

I progressed to the next day and Alisa is still in the bar and doesn't even acknowledge that I failed the quest. Gonna chalk this up to a bug and continue.

I believe that Hussars quest takes priority and bugs it, as she says she's going back to the manor. When I arrived, the Rusalka, Troffim, and Hussar were all on the island to push quests. I suspect one if not all of these ruin her quest line depending on when you go, but in my game she does the ritual on the 27th.

PS. I just went into the hookah bar after finding her belongings on the beach, and she is there still, behind the bar but can't interact

Alisa's Quest and Petya's Quest Ending
I talked to Alisa in the bookshop (you need 20 nihilism), and she asked me to race to the lake. Then, she kissed my hero – I always chose answers she might like. The next morning, I received a letter from her: "Go to Lover's Iceland, or don't, today." I went to Lover's Iceland, and she was standing by a tree with a carved heart on it. I chose the reply "Be careful," and she replied, "Well, for you, I will put an extra protective rune." This, apparently, will help her survive in the quest.

Then, Alisa asked me to go home and check on her the next day.

The next day, I went to the spot near the tree, and Lisa saw only runes and said, "No sign of Alisa, it's a good sign." Then I went to her bar, and she was there with a smile. I said I was glad she was okay – her quest was finished.

Then, in the bar, I told her "About Petya" – he wanted to see her. She immediately went with me to check on him at my home. Petya said he forgave her and asked me to buy molds for dolls. I bought them and gave them to Petya, and the next day, he gifted me a new doll and asked me to sell it because he couldn't do it himself. I did, and he was very glad and started a new business. His quest was finished too.

In one of my runs I had to go to the island 2 times (right after coming back) spending 2 action points to do 2 different island related quests.

but this caught me out too, I stumbled on this thread and then figured a way around it - so in case it may help others...

In my run the Rusalka quest "Washed Away" blocked Alisa from meeting you on Lover's Island. I was not able to rush the little Rusalka out the way before the night ended, but I found loading a slightly earlier save and simply NOT picking up Alisa's letter until I had a free night worked fine.

So if in doubt, save before picking up Alisa's letter, clear up other Lover's Island quests and then when you have time, retrieve and read her note to trigger that step in her quest.
