Is this better than the Meta version?

This may sound like a dumb question, but i'm curious if the pc version is better in any way?
Normally the easy awnser is yes but with this seeming like an easy-to-run title i wonder if the quest version will run/look any worse?

For me the upside would be that i don't have to boot my pc to play it or let my sister in law play it when she visits.

Are there any plans for multiplayer at a later date? I can imagine connectivity for steam multiplayer being a pro over the quest version.

Full disclaimer: i do not own a quest 3 or the quest 2 version of this game.
id imagine that on quest 2 the game looks just a little bit worse and on a 3 it would look and run basically the same as the steam release (give or take your hardware)
pc has the general modding and configuration advantage (clone drone 1 had a semi active mod scene)

Even with no other differences, you generally get a higher res, sharper, image and faster loading with PCVR (I do own a Q3)

Does the headset version take advantage of the higher resolution possible on the Quest 3?
