Bug: Stuck in Shop

I haven't logged in for a long time, it keeps popping up with "helpful tips" and told me I had currency and to visit the shop. Well now I can't LEAVE the shop without exiting the entire game and then it just keeps bringing me around and around the same loop. The pop-up man is also lying about having new currency, there's nothing to even spend!

New install for returning player, first log-in after reinstall (24th) - forces me into the store, giving no option to go elsewhere or play, tells me I have enough buying power to buy a deck and prompts me to do so - then tells me I don't have enough actually and should buy more currency, but the button to buy more does nothing. Same with potions. Basically locks me in the store with no way out and I have to shut down the game through task manager. Keeps doing this each time I start up, so the game is unplayable.
