[BUG] the heroes won't enter

the heroes aren't even crossing the bridge they just turn around straight away, idk what to do

Sometimes when you reload a save, things that are not supposed to block the path will show warning. You have to check Build mode to ensure you don't have "buggy" path. Relocating stuffs and reload again to ensure "bug-free" path. This weird bug should be fixed soon.

I have this same issue. It was working fine and I still have parties that enter my dungeon. But I got some kind of notice about a "Pants Merchant" or something. Now I'll have one group come in and the rest won't cross the bridge.
