specialty doors
I've posted this before and from all the posts I'm reading there is a lot of frustration with dungeon flow. We desperately need one way doors and level specific doors in order to keep dungeons flowing like we want. I know devs said it is something they are working on but I was very disappointed it wasn't in the newest update.

One-way doors are a must for those circular dungeons. Level-restricted doors seem interesting too, but I'll probably never use them outside of "kill level 3 visitors" quest.

I was thinking of, for instance your level 1 visitors can only go so far in the dungeon before going back while level 2 and 3 go on further like a progression type dungeon. Level 1's are not ready for higher level monsters or boss fights so the door keeps them back to their own levels.

I understand the idea, but I don't see the point of it. Why would you restrict lvl1 from going to more dangerous rooms and instead leave the dungeon entirely? Let them go in and level up there or die and respawn, and then try again. Besides, how is this level restriction going to work for a party that has both lvl1 and lvl3 in it?

Why not have puzzle rooms after looting rooms? or even puzzle/monster rooms combined, our heroes would have to work out the puzzle in the room, wrong answer? monsters respawn or higher quality ones come out, work it out? hidden door or a key to the next room(s) and further into the dungeon they can go. most dungeons in almost every game have some sort of puzzle requirement. Though this may mean a heavier workload on the devs to implement it. Though the higher the level heroes or reoccurring heroes would work that out easier/quicker and then they proceed faster into the depths of the dungeon.

I'd love to see things like puzzles and locked/magic doors that can only be opened by certain types of adventurer as well. The only problem I can see is robust AI, not having one visitor extend a bridge or open a secret door, only to have the next one come along, press the button and close it again, or retract a bridge when someone is halfway across it. Whilst that could be funny sometimes, I think it would mostly be annoying.

I literally came here looking for one-way doors. They are a MUST-HAVE-FEATURE!

I read somewhere on these boards that one-way doors are a planned feature. lvl-restricted doors would be cool, niche but cool. What I would like is a Solos-Only door, akin to the Party-Only door.

If/When implemented, Just be sure your heroes have some escape when tired... Unless "leaving dungeon" heroes would be permitted to pass any door on the way out.

Just also create a Skyrim Door - a passage that takes you back straight to the starting room with no hassle.

i'm finding a oneway door absolutely manditory...
most if not at least half my deaths are caused by people backtracking to steal potions from next adventurers (eventually run out anyways but still)

a slight workaround is having my revive portals in the deepest part of dungeon.

One way door really is needed. I also like the idea of an "exit only" door that you can use to let adventurers leave without marching through the whole dungeon.
