That's... because the included promotional artwork is from the Western version which have always looked like that? If you're that worried about censorship, then I'm sorry to say that one is from about 26 years ago, whoever was responsible for this game had nothing to do with it.
Also, the gallery includes at least two pieces of concept art which still show her original uncensored design. Of course I have the benefit of knowing what I'm talking about, because I actually own the game and didn't just get my information from some performative outrage grifter online.
So again I have to ask: if they're supposedly "censoring" the game... WHY ARE THEY LEAVING SOME OF THIS ART IN IT?

That's not a meltdown, that a question. And because none of you have deigned to answer it I'm making it as clear as possible so you don't have an excuse to pretend it isn't there.
People care about censorship, deal with it.
