no dualsense buttons?

using a dualsense controller and it shows xbox buttons, tried disabling steam input but no luck, am i the only one with this problem?

iirc this is how the first one was at launch, but my main issue is dpad doesn't seem to work in game or menus for dualsense, anyone else?

yea my dualsense d pad aint working, I tried the steam input stuff with no luck.

Thought it was just me that the D-Pad wasnt working at all.

Same on DS4. And even if Steam Input worked, that's not an option for an arcade game, of course...

were gonna have to emulate our controller to a xbox one, i cant remember the program i use to use ? Anyone know

For DS4/DS5 Icons and buttons you'll have to right click the game in library, manage, and browse local files. then you can open the Config file as a text file and edit the XBOX360 input towards the center/end with PS4 and save. If the buttons are wonky and swapped, you can swap the X and Y numbers and the A and B numbers at the top of the same file. Another thread on here helped with that but lmk if anyone finds a d-pad fix.

so what I did is make text change to PS4 in the config file like you said above and then enabled steam input, and then d pad seems to work fine along with correct glyphs
