Improvements in this version of Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper?

Anyone know what improvements, if any, this version has over the Japanese arcade version Zero 3 Upper, other than presumably having English translations for the bits that are in Japanese? (Is this the only change??)

I'm aware of all the console arguments/comparisons, and which characters are/aren't included (eg there is Guile, but not Jun, Eagle or Maki), but need the detail of what's actually been changed.

OR ha nothing really been changed, and Capcom are just emulating an old game witha fnacy UI as a cash cow/ easy money making exercise?

And what are all the comments about censorship and "wokeness" around??? I don't understand, genuinely, how that affects the game. Have the blood effects (if there were any?) been removed? Have all the female characters had additional clothing added to their sprites to cover up legs etc? Or has Ken been given the Netflix/Disney modern adaptation treatment so that he is not in his original demographic?? I am interested to know.

I am a fan of the whole series and the versions across different machines/consoles.

Probably a training mode and some censorship, not sure for what though.

Ignore all the censorship whining until the game actually comes out, capcom vaguely (and I do mean vaguely) mentioned some changes (for which some may or may not be due to legal shenanigans we don't know yet) and people started whining "capcom censorship bad, don't buy the game or you're supporting woke censorship" acting like they knew what was going to be changed. Well turns out most if not all the stuff people claimed they were so certain was getting changed in the marvel vs capcom fighting collection didn't get changed from what I've heard.

TLDR
We don't know what's being changed but people are crying censorship and trying to convince you not to buy it, wait for it to come out and people to check what was actually changed on youtube instead of listing to the assumptions.

Apparently an English language version of "Alpha 3 Upper" for USA region exists on the Naomi "Zero 3 Upper" Japan cartridge version and can be emulated (on Flycast) by changing the dip switches easily and using a Naomi USA bios. I've seen Tik Tok videos of people playing Naomi arcade Alpha 3 Upper in English. So question is, if pepple can already emulate it in English, why would they want to buy this version? What's its unique selling point?! (For people who would only buy this new collection because of teh Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper game)

Legitimate complaints are fine, whining capcom censored this or that or the other when you don't know what capcom even did to try and convince people not to buy the collection before it's even released is not fine however.

not sure, but this could actually be the one for the Taito NESiCAxLive arcade, that's the latest version of Upper, if I recall correctly

since that's a CPU based arcade closer to what a Naomi is, and it's correctly and painlessly emulated, this is the most likely candidate, sounds like an easy port

Do you know what piracy is ? Or you do pirate games so often that it's normal to you ?

I haven't played these games, but I guess it still has slight input lag, but nothing too noticable.

As for censorship, it's probably on par with what was in the marvel vs Capcom collection. People complain just to complain.
