Hello, Survival Typists!

This is a thread tracking all known issues as of their build numbers, as well as possible fixes for them.

Graphics does not seem to refresh properly and image freezes on main menu.

Workaround: Check your antivirus or graphics card software (eg. Riva Tuner) is causing the issue. Make an exception for NeoSphere.exe

We are working on it. As a workaround please try:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glyphica and run neosphere.exe as administrator.

We did, but a new fix to the game seems to have brought it back for some people.

Hi, for your information same problem as Portuguese with French language and an AZERTY keyboard.
Exemple :
ê = ^ + e

Purchased two copies for my gf and I to play on Steam Deck but game is not running at all. Tried with Proton 9-11 and Proton Experimental but game just boots into the following screen:

I’ve tried a few different versions of Proton and I’m getting the exact same error.

just purchased this game for myself and a friend. friend is playing no problem, i keep getting this message:
uncaught JavaScript exception

I never played the demo and have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times now. Verified file integrity and even tried testing out the beta branch just in case and it spat out the same error code. Anybody have any ideas? Verifying game files

Hi I'm learning optimot (a french keyboard layout), using their autoHotKey driver and the spacebar is not recognized while it's working on other sotfwares.
Would love a fix or an option to remap the level up key.

Also would love to be able to select which letters I know and which I don't so as not to be overwhelmed while learning.

We are working on it resolving the issue. As a workaround please try this:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glyphica and run neosphere.exe as administrator.

It's worked for our other players and hopefully will for you as well.

Same problem, Glyphica keeps trying to access controlled folders. This doesn't happen with other games. Kinda makes me nervous. Trying to run Glyphica as an administrator requires you to allow it to make changes to your system. Again, not creating a lot of confidence.

edit: issue seems to have been fixed. No folder or access request and game started. Thanks devs, it is truly an amazing game.

After today's update lvl.up can by also (unintentionally) triggered by pressing right alt, wich cause a lot of trouble while playing in polish

I just turned on puncutation and spaces and it would not accept my apostrophe input, I ended up having to surrender. it was on the "...rats'" part. Here a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/X9gGFqN

Hi all! Very sorry about that. Our last update introduced a bug, and we just pushed out fixes for these issues. Please update your games and let us know if the issue has been resolved.
