Messed up fonts..

Some ingame fonts are messed up, such as my health, ammo, etc. It's all way too big, and I can't see half of the text. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Try to change the resolution in the video settings, but sounds weird.
Better take a screen shot, so we can see how it looks.

I have the same problem with the fonts but no idea on how to fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ its annoying

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME FONT PROBLEM. MINE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THAT. ANY HELP?

If you once used a custom hud there now has become broken then go inside here \Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\hl2 and delete resource & scripts folder
(if you never has installed a custom hud then try to do it anyway ;)

after that then right click on the game in steam library
go to properties/local files verify integrity of game cache this should fix it back to normal

ps. all guides are still broken after steam pipe update

no to fix the problem there is a counter-strike source font to delete in C:Windows/Font or something else

ok! do you know what the file name is so we can search after it ?

edit: all custom huds say this file clientscheme.res is inside resource folder, but when i search after that file i cannot find it on my pc (that file dosent excist in the game)

I'm having that same issue, and I never installed anything extra to CS:S, can you help me? Also, I used to be fine when on Windows 8, but now I'm on Windows 10 and I have this issue. Could that be an issue? I'm not sure, I'm just saying.

Thanks for the help, I didn't know purposly installing a CS font for use in whatever would affect it.

Apparently the Tahoma font can corrupt which is used as well so just delete it from your fonts and reinstall it. (from what I've been told)
