Cannot download "map".bsp, disconnecting.

I keep getting this error for every map that I don't have pre-installed.

I've tried everything; console commands, reinstalling (3 times), deleting all files and reinstalling them, and I even did things with my router.

The game works if I download the map, but the map changes every 10 minutes! I don't want to have to find it everytime!

Hello Doctor,

try with following console commands:

• cl_downloadfilter all
  
• cl_allowdownload 1
  
• cl_allowupload 1

or go to your main (downloaded css maps) folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\download\maps" and whatever map has got a error, just delete it and join back to the server to redownload it.

I don't think you understand. I've tried all commands, and I know how to install maps from gamebanana. It's just that the maps WILL NOT download automatically from joining the server, and yes I have made sure that the option is checked to accept all downloads.

Here is one more possible solution :

I have windows 10 preview and i tryed everything on the internet and nothing worked , of course except for the download from the websites and put it on the maps folder (but thats crazy for people that play a lot of gun game servers like me ) what did the magic for me was disabling Windows Defender , so i guess this might have to do with some permissions on it .... i will check on that later

So for people with windows 7 and foward i say try to disable Windows Defender or any Anti virus that you might have and see if it works .... if it works try to check the permissions on it so you can work around that.
