Dedicated Server out of date?

Hi all. I'm still pretty new to running a dedicated server, so any help is greatly appreciated.

After updating CSS and reinstalling my dedicated server today, using the hldsUpdateTool, whenever I try to connect to my server it says "The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version of the game".
Is there something else I have to change in my srcds folder? I have steam installed to my Program Files x86 folder and my server to C:\srcds, which doesn't have the new folder layout as the steam dir after the update if that matters.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64, thanks =)

When you say updating CSS do you mean the server or the client?

I updated the game itself to Steampipe and then reinstalled the server using hldsUpdateTool

But Counter-Strike: Source dedicated server appid 232330 not working for me i Tested the app id 240 too dont working for counter strike source server can anyone Help?

use app_id 90 I think

It changed yesterday yes and it uses now steamCMD to update. Do not install the 232330 css ded. server, use source dedicated server (app id 205) It should work! :)
