Nope not in there went all the way back to my very first purchase back in 2009.
Wasn't a purchase or a gift.
Maybe steam was giving it away at one time as i just noticed that dead island riptide definitive edition is not in my purchase history. And they just gave the game away for free the other day.

It impossible for me to know for sure. I do not know which games you own, but I believe that you are correct that it may have been bundled with another game when you purchased it. If you really want to know then you could contact support and bug them, they would have access to that information. :)

My only other guess it could be a game from another account with special privileges. For example I do not own Call of Duty MW3 on this account but I do on another account (from 13 years ago) that I gave special access to on my main.

Sorry if this sounds confusing, I had another account before this one like 15 years ago and I didn't want to buy the game twice so I gave this account special access privileges to play it.

I can't find Call of Duty MW3 anywhere on my purchase history but the game is definitely in my library.

Why do I have two accounts? I think I got banned or something like a super long time ago but I can't remember. I started over and moved on. Sorry for all the exposition.

I'm thinking steam gave it away free at one time and games that are given away for free don't show in your purchase history. dead island riptide definitive don't show in my purchase history since i got it for free they other day when the dev was giving out free copies.

Did you ever play Garry's Mod? It used to come in a bundle with CS2 (and another with Gmod + TF2) like 10 years ago and maybe you bought that? That game required you to own at least one source game (HL2, CS Source, or Day of Defeat Source)

Honestly who cares, its a free game.

You might have gotten it through that old "gift a friend a limited amount of trial hours of the game" programs steam did 10 years ago and valve could have just given it to you after you redeemed it.

No I never bought Gary's mod. The only complete pack I bought of valves is the half life complete pack. But I figured it out for some odd reason my wife gifted it to me back in January 2012. Well mystery solved.

It should have shown that it was gifted to you in your purchase history. I've gifted a few people over the years some games and it still shows that It was gifted. Anyway glad the problem is resolved.
