How to change CSS menu? Backround, buttons, color

Hi! Just wanted to know, how I can change those things? Old guides I found are not working anymore, becuse CSS is updated. I'm just tired of that old same boring backround. I want to change the color of menu buttons too. And server list as well, if possible.
