HELP!
I used to get 160 to 220 FPS but after a Cloud File conflict i can't get smooth FPS anymore!
but my FPS was stuck at 60 idk what is going on! Help! it's like there is a Limiter that can't be removed! HELP!

update your GPU drivers, verify game cache, reinstall the game, remove mods that are conflicting, reboot the OS?

Nah it works now i reinstalled it and it's no Longer capped.
