CSS DOWNGRADE TO V34
Most of the good servers for CSS that still have people playing them are still on V34 and i need to downgrade to it but i cant figure out how can somone help me?

Its non steam server. So non steam game.

Get the v34 on some russians website

Download non steam and play... is simple.

Non Steam has some good servers but LITERALLY THOUSANDS of cheaters and many crapyy servers. Steam servers are the opposite. Bunch of good servers and not many cheaters at all.

Besides, there are almost NO brazilians! Wich is close to perfection.
