HELP! Quake Sounds Install (CS:Source)

Just started my first CS dedicated server. I have followed directions step by step (link below) to install the Quake Sounds Mod, but when I use sm_quakesounds_enable it tells me "Unknown Command"

MetaMod:Source 1.10.4 (or later)[www.sourcemm.net] + SourceMod 1.7.1 (or later)[www.sourcemod.net] + Quake Sounds v3 [04-3-2015] (or later)[forums.alliedmods.net], and that's it.

So i'm getting "Unable to connect to remote server 0.0.0.0 when enabling" Source Mod.

...did you use RCON arguments in your CFGs?

Those plugins are working fine. The problem is your server.

No, no RCON in the CGFs. It was just that the Sourcemod .ini I edited to put my Steam ID was incorrect. It gave me STEAM_0:0 but it should have stated STEAM_0:1. A simple error that cost a lot of time! Thanks for the help again!

Please. If you want to host a server at least have a piece of quality and maturity. Don't use those stupid sounds.
