I can't open CSS

Whenever I press play, it doesnt open at all, it ignores it, only when I open task manager I see hl2.exe, but it still doesnt open.

Weird. Have you installed any mods? Have you tried re-installing?

I tried to reinstall, and no mods..

Try closing hl2.exe trough the Task Manager, re start Steam and...try again, I guess. I can't really think of anything else, sorry.

Try to reinstall/update the drivers of your graphic card.

[Slug]

right click on css in library, select properties, set launch options.
in the box type

-w 800 -h 600 -windowed

then restart. if it works you will need to go into css game options and change to full screen and what ever specs you want

NUP dont listen to these guys. ive had this problem, just reinstall the os you're using. it's the ONLY way,

I have the same problem that I can't open it. Sometimes it opens, and sometimes it doesn't. Yesterday it did, today it did not. I can't figure out why?

And sorry, whatts the "OS" ?
